Keith Jarrett has a lot of soul. Everything here is great, but "The Rich (and the Poor) is a masterpiece. You'd think it was Ramsey Lewis or Cannonball Adderley (Mercy, Mercy me) doing this track. Treasure island is great, as is the Yaqui Indian track. Again, The Rich (and the Poor) is the master track on this CD. King Peer

Nice blend of folk and jazz

This is definitely one of my favorite early Jarrett albums.
If you're looking for more artists that blend jazz and folk/rock then check out David Ecker and his new solo singles "Here All Along" and "This Strange Land."
