this is more like it
this would actually make me calm and relaxed...compared to the other albums which just creep the $hit out of me...
It works!
Well, I have been having trouble sleeping and sleeping soundly for many years. I can't recall the last time I've slept that well like I did last night when this music was playing. This morning I got up, I felt my body was so comfortably and heavily attached to the bed, not achingly or tiredly. That stunned me! I listened to it while I was reading a book to help me fall asleep, but one page into it was hard enough.My concentration was sort of distorted by this music playing in the air. So I decided to drop the book and give up the thought of reading for an entire chapter as I normally would do, I "let" the music take me to sleep. I tried a few things last night. What worked for me was that to set the music at a volume 3 or 4 (out of 10). I followed and listened carefully at the tempo and whatever was going on in the music, and to my surprise-- I felt hypnotized! Then my brain started to feel heavy and slow...just like the music. Then here I am, writing to tell you all how much I think it's helped me find the meaning of sleep again. It's amazing.
