Amazing Soundtrack for an Amazing Game!
The Music in this game is breathtaking and sounds like it should be playing in a Summer Blockbuster, but that is exactly how Uncharted 2 feels when you are playing the game, like you are staring in an Epic Action Film and the music sets the mood very well and makes the gaming experince that much better!
Fantastic, brings me back...
The score to uncharted 2 is just as great, beautiful, and well written like the first uncharted score. Reminds me of the days as a kid going to see the latest Indiana Jones film or adventure flick, the music can really take your breath away. Just wonderful.
Wonderful score for 2009's most memorable game
I rarely finish video games, let alone finish them less than a week after buying them. Uncharted 2 is an exception. After wrapping up my first playthrough last night, it struck me just how excellent the musical score was. Imagine my surprise to learn that not only was a soundtrack available right here on iTunes, but that Greg Edmonson also wrote the unique score for Firefly, one of my favorite TV series.
Uncharted 2's score is equal parts exciting, intense, beautiful and sentimental. Much like the score for Drake's Fortune, it is epic -- with quality usually reserved for high-budget Hollywood dramas. And at $9.99, the album is a great buy. Highly recommended.
