Unforgettable Pop Hits

I was looking for songs by Kathy Linden and that is how I got to this album. There are a few of the songs that were my favorites and I listened to them on the radio and on records and the ones I listened to from this album were not originals. If "original" is very important to you, I'd try some other options.

Unforgettable Pop Hits (4 CD's Box Set)

There are some interesting and rather hard to find cuts in this package. Floyd Robinson's "Makin' Love" Jack Scott's "My True Love" and Kathy Linden's "Goodbye Jimmy Goodbye" are just 3 examples. And, best of all, they all seem to be the original recordings. One to possibly watch is Ferlin Husky's "Gone." It's hard to tell from the sample if it's the original or not, and the original seems to be very hard to find.

there are quite a few remakes on this album. ferlin husky's gone is original. young love is tab hunters version not sonny james
