A new sound
It seems that so much of today's christian music is a carbon copy the last hit album, it's sometimes hard to listen to the radio. Along comes The Broken and their EP Unforgotten,it has a sound that sems so different from anything else in christian music today. The message in each song is unmistakable; from the call to total surrender of Every Breath, to the reminder of depndence in I Never Knew and Save Me, each song is well written and the musicans create a great sound together. This EP leaves you wanting more from this band, and I looking forward to that.

Great guys
The lead guitarist is my barber! And my good friend from bible college. I'll leave my comments off the music itself mostly, but I have the whole EP and it's great. I reccomend it. However I'd just like to let you know that the people writing these songs and performing them are genuine guys who truely love the LORD and have a sensitivity for God's holiness. I myself listen mostly to Christian Hip-Hop (Shai Linne, Evangel, Tim Brindle, Christcentric, etc...) and that is because I find I can trust them more. It seems that I can discern their fruit better, and maybe that just has to do with the style of the genre. I'm ran away from most Christian Rock becasue I've just heard a lot of the same, and also because I know many in my part of the Country and all I hear is a lack of true desire to please and glorify the LORD as well as a sense for God's holiness. Granted there are likely many I'm not considering, but what I'm saying is that if you have the same difficulty in listening to Rock, then these guys are for you. They are passionate, devoted and mature in their relationship with God. Grace & Peace
