Where's the Bass?
First of all, I love The Pretenders. It’s great that additional songs were added to the “Best of” collection. However, were they really re-mastered? With all the technology available, they couldn’t add more "Bass"? Here was the chance to mix “Mystery Achievement” the way it should be. The missed window of opportunity here was the re-mastering of this collection. My sub woofer was a little disappointed.
What? No Bad Boys Get Spanked?
Although this is an increase from "The Singles" There are a couple of tracks missing from this album, but overall a great collection. Chrissie pretty much toasted my hearing at the Fox in Stockton Ca with Bad Boys Get Spanked in 81

Chrissie Hynde and The Pretenders have been rocking for a long time and this album is a must have for any Prentenders fan. This album has a raw and energetic sound that just digs into the soul of rock n roll, and breathes life into these classic songs.
