The Follow - The Most Underrated American Band
The Follow's new album, Up With The Sun, is a breakout effort from an already well established and talented band. The vibe for this studio effort is intense, but remains uplifting. The atmospheric quality of the album features fantastic guitar work and effects, pumping bass, digging drums, and vocals reminescent of U2 and production techniques similar to that of Radiohead. The Follow's music is haunting and sincere. I would highly recommend this album to all lovers of brit-rock and/or good music! Buy this album...and see The Follow "live" if at all possible.
Luv it
I really like this album. I hadn't heard of The Follow until I saw that they were touring with The Afters, and I was surprised when I heard their stuff that they were so good. Someone should be opening for them, seriously. The music has a sort of alternative-pop feel, but it's also deep and uplifting. I totally recommend it.
Yeah They're Underrated!
A great album! When the rest of my iTunes library starts to look boring it never fails to satisfy! It's a very strong album overall, but my top three have got to be Back, Smile Like Heaven, and Somewhere Else. Sing and Burning Vision are also very good.
