Great
These two songs are excellent and its cool that they have it in a digital 45. And to the person who doesn;t know what a digital 45 is here ya go. A 45 was a vinyl record that had and a and b side and played at 45 rpm or rotations per minute. the a side was considered the better song and the b side was another song. it was cheaper than buying a whole lp. in the digital world now its just 2 songs from the original 45's. so there you are.
hahaha ... You Must Be Young
I had to write a review. I was born in the 70's and was a product of 80's music. I love Foreigner. But I just about died laughing when I read the first review... how this person didn't know what a 45 was. Definitely nothing wrong with that though this person MUST be very young. But I must admit, that person has GREAT taste in music! Foreigner rocks!
Wrong Direction
I was born in the 60s and definitely used to spin my share of 45s. Even then I felt like I was buying the single on the a-side and allowing the record company to slip the b-side in there just in case I would take a listen to it. But the b-side was something I would rarely listen to and definitely never buy. It was the beginning of the practice we have now of having one good song on a CD and stuffing nine more on it so they can charge $12. It also seems unfortunate that Atlantic is wanting $1.29 for Urgent (or any song for that matter). Raising a price on something that isn't scarce or in demand doesn't work. Aside from all of that, Foreigner, Urgent, and Girl on the Moon are all awesome. I remember the release date in the record store after school like it was yesterday. Just don't buy them here. D45 = DOA.
