Funk So Cold, It Makes You Wanna Smack Yo Mamma!
This is a raw album with some REAL talent!!! No BS Autotune, no MIDI, just straight pure funk....If you get a chance to see em in the Seattle area, it is more than worth the ticket price....Eldridge Brings it on every song with his soul filled vocals....I still can't believe he's white......But yeah, if you bump this funk its worth it, cuz the groove is perfect....OH BOY!!!!!
Stumbled across The Gravy on aisle 6
Just browsing around the iTunes Store when I accidentally came across Eldridge Gravy & the Court Supreme. Excellent soul and funk, I really enjoyed Can't Help it. It's Soul with a Capital S.
This album is the truth.
I bought this album a couple weeks ago and it has been on repeat ever since. I can't remember the last time I was this excited about new music.. This is the funky fresh sound I've been dying to hear. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
