UV's debut album is a breath of fresh air. In a world dominated by wanna be's and lip-synched divas, UV manages to sound both modern and real. The songs are great and the playing is top notch. In the vein of Steely Dan, tightness and musicality are the watchwords here. Nice stuff! I can't wait to check him out live.

Amazing range...authentically great

Loved the album! UV's got something for everyone, from the pop vibe of "I Wanna Be" to the jazz groove of "What Next", to the anthemic "Capture the Moment". The instrumentals are top-notch, the vocal harmonies are tight, and every song is another sweet surprise! Listen to the clips and you'll agree...great stuff.

I was surprised by this album! This guy can REALLY write and sing! And the bass player is amazing. I would strongly recommend this album to anyone - AND - that iTunes promote it much more than they are. I was fortunate enough to find it BY ACCIDENT!
