The Big frickin Pink
First of all, if you're contemplating purchasing this and you don't already have A Brief History of Love, go get on that. Velvet was one of my favorite tracks off the album and this EP, although short, does not dissapoint.
Velvet (Perversion) is definitely an interesting take on the original song, it's a little more laid back and some may say not as "intense" as Velvet, but I 100% enjoy the sh*t out of it.
Now, the last track, an Otis Redding cover, is what makes this EP worth the buy. It's an awesomely somber, unique take on a song that most of us associate with a certain attractive couple dancing to, dirty of course. It's full of atmosphere and fills your brain with goodness. BUY IT ALREADY!
