From Old Heads TO New Ones

After spending he entire summer touring with Throwdown on this years warped tour. Ive realized that not everyone is going to be happy with the new direction of any band. For me growing up listening to "hardcore" ive learned that older kids are always going to like older styles and newer heads are only going to like newer style. Face it. that days a chugga chugga breakdowns got old. its time for a change and I personally respect bands like Throwdown, Poison The Well and other bands who are not affraid to explore that realm. yeah it sounds allot like pantera. SO WHAT. Pantera was sthe sickest metal band EVER!!!! and if you can build from that, then more power to you. but thats music for you.. your gonna loose older fans and gain newer ones. and to the comment that said "real throwdown had keith barney vocals on it". Had you heard how weak EMO GUYLINER 18 VISIONS sounds? The band he left throwdown to play guitar for! yeah, thought so keep doin what your doin boys. Ill always have your back TOO MUCH

Metal? Hardcore? Who cares?

I knew of Throwdown for a long time now but I didn't purchase albums until they got on Trustkill Records. Now being their 3rd album with Trustkill it seems like they are changing. I picked up the album at Best Buy for $9.99 and i'm not dissapointed. Yeah, it does sound similiar to Pantera, but there is nothing wrong with that.

This is their best album yet!!! That is if you used to not like Throwdown

OK! Here how it goes, if u liked Throwdowns old sounding albums, you will hate this album, but if you disliked, or were neutral with old Throwdown, you will love this Album!!!!!
