Victory Land
I've been listening to Taylor since he was part of Wind Machine and felt a special connection with the pieces he wrote and sang. This particular cd and his instrumental "Songs for Autumn" are not only special from a song-writing standpoint but from a technical and audio perspective as well. Both are candy for the ear. Taylor has a sound that is reminiscent of some of the most notable songwriters of our time. Both this disc and "Songs for Autumn" never leave my car or electronic playlists.
Take the jourey with this talented young artist!
The effort that was put into this production is truly evident as I sat down and gave it a critics listen. The music truly flows with an ambiant atmosphere and tasteful chord changes along with Mr. Mesple's soothing voice. A great addition to any collection...
Outstanding
The first time I heard this album, I was floored. With great playing by Talor himself and plus great musician's like Abe Laboriel Jr., Tim Pierce and Darren Rahn this album is phenominal. Of course Taylor's voice and songwriting skills are really what make this worth 5 stars. Enjoy.
