ipod worthy additions to the soundtrack of your life..
Caught them playing tonight on the Promenade, and their clean acoustic mix of guitar and cello caught my attention and drew me in to buy their cds. After a couple spins on the long drive home, I was pleasantly surprised. They're the kind of music one might find playing in the background of a Zack Braff movie. Anyone who's a fan of Josh Radin, Carey Brothers, Dashboard or Daphne & Derby will probably dig Ken Oak as well. Definitely worth a listen...
Great new band
I heard this band out in LA and I hav'nt stoped l loving them. They will be the next big thing. Glad I knew them before MTV find's them.
first time listening...
i saw them perform on the Promenade today and fell instantly in love with their music. i bought their cd and my friend thought it was a rip off but now she's asking to borrow the cd from me. love the incorporation of the cello. :)
