Took me by surprise
This CD is one of those hidden gems that comes around once in a while that will take you by surprise - in fact, I got attached to it and I mostly listen to Rock & Alternative music. Though this album is classical at its roots, it has elements and undertones of so many other styles that it's hard to categorize this as solely a classical guitar album. I prefer the title track (#3) the most - its sweeping movements from calm to intense drew me in from the first listen. If you prefer the dark side of music, listen to track #4 and if you would prefer a touch of romantic, listen to track #5. My other favorite on the album is #7, which has so much emotion, I can feel it in my chest. I highly recommend this CD.
