what an album!
some of the best music i've heard in a long time. the content is really deep and the spirit of it is mournful and joyful at the same time. this is the kind of music that doesn't get old - just gets better in the years to come. on the production side it's great, very creative. so many really good melodies and sounds
Phenomenal
This is one of my all-time favorite albums. It's a musical journey, and a journey into a facet of the love of Christ for His bride. The musicians are incredibly talented and each brings a unique aspect to the music, with songs ranging from contemplative piano-driven pieces to experimental with bits of an electronic edge, and even a sort of hoe-down in the midst of there.
From the mellow first track, Garden, to the driving Psalm of Abraham, to the gentle Vow... This album appeals to a wide range of tastes musically.
Thematically, it explores the heart of Christ in His motivations of going to the cross out of love for the church/His bride, and likewise, the heart of the bride of Christ in making a similar vow of love in living a life for Him. It's a back and forth between the desire of Christ to have a bride, the desire of the Father to have a family, and living a life of love for the Lord.

powerful and ultimately motivating
what words could describe something as magnificent as this album? it is fully God breathed, and it's been sort of like CPR for my soul.
