Are U Serious (Pt.2!!)
Did you listen to it?!? Then i dont need words to explain it... This is the cream-of-the-crop of todays (real) urban music landscape. Complete exercise in HEAT.
Instant classic!
A mostly instrumental concept album?? Not an easy task to achieve but Waajeed & The Bling47 Group pulled it off seamlessly. This is by far my favorite album of the year - everyone kills their respective tracks - Tiombe Lockhart, Invincible, Ta'Raach & of course, the late J Dilla. This a far cry from the Platinum Pied Pipers' Triple P album (which featured much of the same cast) but definitely a step in the right direction. Although, I do prefer the CD version - which came with all of the tracks available here, as well as a bonus disc DJ-mix version of the whole album done by Waajeed. And I even got a free extra CD of Waajeed instrumentals called The War Mixtape off of Bling47.com, plus it came with full liner notes for all the songs. But regardless - cop this album!!
CLASSIC SOUND!
WOW, WAAJEED FROM THE J.DILLA CAMP REALLY OUTDID HIMSELF ON THIS ONE. THE INSTRUMENT'S ON THIS CD SOUND ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGG. IF U HAVE ANY TYPE OF SPEAKERS THAT SOUND GOOD, THIS CD WILL BLOW U AWAY. BY FAR IN MY TOP 10 2007 BEST SO FAR.
