Bop is the best!
I absolutely love Bop Skizzum and go to any show that I can - they have an amazing stage presence and sound just as good (if not better) live as on their CDs. I always have their "Propeller" EP in my car CD player and if you're ever hangin' around on Colfax downtown or in Lakewood/Wheat Ridge and hear some funky music jammin' in a red Pathfinder, that's me spreading the Bop love. The entire band is talented and everyone in the band is supah-cool and down to earth! Also Recommended: anything by the Flobots, another Denver band, sharing members with Bop Skizzum.
Bop Skizzum are some Funky mofo's
I first heard of these guys when I was at a local bar in Denver and they were playing a show. I was blown away by their ability to keep the crowd not just entertained, but totally engrossed. Since then I have tried to catch as many of their live shows as possible, and they haven't let me down yet. If your looking for something extra funky, extra fun, and just pumping some good classic funk/rock then grab this album. These guys rock and are by far one of the best bands in Denver.
