Fantastic debut!
Singer/songwriter ward williams debuts with an astonishing array of music. Anyone who likes music in general should give this album a chance! Every song is different, and every song is wonderful. You owe it to yourself to buy this record from this little heard of artist who should be a huge success soon!
Awesome Solo Debut
I admit it: The only reason I bought this album was to be a Jump, Little Children "completist" but the cellist from the great band Charleston has even known has released a simply awesome solo offering. "Maybe Someday" is catchy without being annoying; "Pickup Truck Girl" a great composition; "Let Me Say Goodbye" very sweet. It's well worth a listen by fans of not only Jump, but of other acoustic guys. Hell, I usually only listen to folky chicks and I dug it. Really, it's worth a listen by everyone!
Ward Williams
AWESOME, especially for a solo debut! All selections were so good, had to download the entire album (my first full album buy!). Great variety of music. Pickup Truck Girl is very moving! Love the cello! I'm a grandmother (though not Greek as my nickname would indicate), love music, and I've known Ward since his teenage years - a friend of my daughter. Such talent! This album is a must for music collectors. Hope there's another soon - more cello, please!
