Another great single

"Warrior's Dance" is a brilliant track and the remixes are awesome. Each version brings a slightly different tempo, which is important because it makes every track feel like a new song. The "South Central Remix" is a hardcore classic that will destroy any dance floor. Play this song loud.

Brilliant track

Warrior's Dance is the type of Prodigy track that just brings a smile to your face and also embodies what the band is about. Thievery and incredibly hard dance beats. It combines the cheesy sampled hook with the genious of Liam Howlett. I remember hearing it live last year at their club show in Sheffield, its been in my head ever since. A couple good remixes here, the only disappointment is no B-Side. One of the best tracks to come out of electronic music in a long time.

A Detour from the Dirtchamber

Each remix here has a different vibe. This single represents a side of The Prodigy that I haven't seen it quite some time. It showcases the big, old dirty beats that attracted a jilted generation. I would have loved to find an electro-house remix of this song in this collection. But, it still stands strong as it is.

Biography

Formed: 1990 in Braintree, England

Genre: Electronic

Years Active: '90s, '00s, '10s

The Prodigy navigated the high wire, balancing artistic merit and mainstream visibility with more flair than any electronica act of the 1990s. Ably defeating the image-unconscious attitude of most electronic artists in favor of a focus on nominal frontman Keith Flint, the group crossed over to the mainstream of pop music with an incendiary live experience that approximated the original atmosphere of the British rave scene even while leaning uncomfortably close to arena rock showmanship and punk theatrics....
