We Can Try is a beautiful song, it makes me smile every time I listen to it. Ryan's voice is full of such emotion. I can't wait till the whole Spain album comes out on Aug 11th, it’s going to be fabulous! If you haven’t already bought BTT’s first album ‘The Story and the Song’ I recommend you do it now! I’ve been listening to these guys since 2006 and they keep getting better and better. <3 Colleen
Good, but...
Don't get me wrong, this is a really good song. The vocals are really great, and it has a nice beat. It just sounds a bit mass produced, like a little heart has been taken out of it. All of the elements that make the song seem to blend together a bit too much, and something gets lost in that. Plus, the song is a bit unoriginal...it could have come from another band. It doesn't have that distinctly the Between-the-Trees style of the other albums. It's just pretty...and a little boring. And a LOT more upbeat than what I'm used to hearing from them.
They're back!
Finally. One of the best bands is back. Get this song. NOW.
