Helluva Tribute
We all knew that Esteban could play the hell out of the guitar but who knew the cat could sing so well? He can bring it, no doubt! As a huge Cash fan I have to say I think the Man in Black himself would be damn proud of this heartfelt tribute. It's clear that Esteban loves Cash's music and he shows it in each and every song on this album. A must have for any Johnny Cash fan.
An Ambitious Departure
Who knew the guy could sing? If you love Johnny Cash, you'll definitely appreciate these smooth vocals by guitar virtuoso, Esteban. An impressive departure from his instrumental albums, Wear the Black is pleasing to the ear and a fitting tribute.

Who'd have guessed - Esteban the guitarman has an impressive voice for Cash songs and a well produced collection with superb backup musicians. Ghost Riders, Sixteen Tons, Ring of Fire, and guitar instrumental Hurt are standouts. Great stuff and a refreshing tribute to the man in black.
