Customer Reviews

Great album!

This album really comes as close to the first two. I pretty much love every song on this album and it's one of the most solid melodic death metal albums that's been released in the past year. As far as what another reviewer stated.... A New Disease Is Born what a great album musically, but the vocalist was the downfall of that album. Nightrage was not founded with clean choruses in every song. This new album goes back to the original, raw sound. Besides, they mainly got rid of Jimmie because he was a tool, and caused alot of problems with the band, or so I've heard. This album is well worth picking up. It's a 5 star in my book!

Damn good album!

On this album, Nightrage has kept their modern style, which works very good for them. I just wish that there were more of the pretty clean singing that was on A New Disease Is Born. Some of the songs sound like rehashed versions of song from the previous album. Fans of In Flames will enjoy this album.

Getting back to the first two albums

This album is great. This is exactly what Nightrage needed; to get back to their first and second albums. While nothing will be as good as "Sweet Vengance", this comes pretty close.
