Love it

I love the J-pop-electronic feel. Makes you want to get up and dance. Great album. For fans of J-pop or dance music, I think you should by the whole album, but "One Tear Ago" "Konnichiwa" and "It's Like an Anime" are probably the best songs for those who don't want to get the whole thing.

Bring on the videos!

These girls are great. The only thing better than the listening to their music is watching the videos. They are as much fun to watch as the songs are to dance to.

Great Remakes of old favorites

at first when there first single king kong was released i thought the band had completely stolen E-Rotic's original idea but i looked into it further and found E-Rotics producer David Brandes put together these girls to reinvent his music. I would have to say when "My Samurai" was released i knew he was doing something right! Very impressed with the cd, and it was interesting trying to guess which songs were which! A Shanadoo Comparison to E-Rotic songs King Kong- sounds pretty much the same as E-Rotics original Passion in your eyes - a good remake of "Shenandoah" Guilty of Love - the single that blew me away, a remake of "The Power Of Sex" Ninja Tattoo - A more rockish version of "I'm Over You" My Samurai - Brings the original synth of "Fred Come To Bed" to a whole new level. One Tear Ago - a slower paced track based on "Is It You" Just A little Flirt - wasn't so much impressed with this as the original " Its Just a little flirt" Give a little love - the original under the same name, for me was better Konnichiwa - the groups first original track, and one of there strongest ones. It's Like an Anime - The first time i heard it, it blows the original version "Ecstacy" out of the water. Wake Me - i love the piano intro better in this, and the updates make it as enjoyable as the original "Save Me" Listen to the Rhythm - a decent remake of "Willy Use A Billy...Boy" Closer to Heaven - another original song to the group, slower more of a ballad. But if you like Shanadoo i would recommend, checking out the Producers original group E-Rotic
