This album even seems to make my chocolate lab (Pumpkin) smile. Tasha's voice is raw (perfectly un-perfect) yet refined (delicate & warm). While a few songs appear on Ellery's previous album (Lying Awake), tracks 6-10 warrant the purchase of this cd. Poetic / meaningful lyrics, passionate instrumental performances (guitar and piano), and melodic vocals characterize what Ellery says in What I've Said Out Loud.

Great album from a Cincinnati artist
I saw them perform in Covington, KY last summer with Teddy Thompson. Their music left such an impression on me I bought this album as soon as I could. Insightful lyrics, good vocals, great accompaniament.
