A Journey Not Quite Over

If I could give this album an 8 out of 10 it would be more appropriate.

What We Dream Up follows the previous release of Just Like the 80's with something that isn't, just like the 80's.

Honestly a 100% improvement from the EP.

This first full length LP from Radio Way shows the maturity of the group musically as well as lyrically. The poetic, honest, introspective and almost painful tracks Shelter and 57th Ave offer insight into the human condition.

Musically the album settles into a sound that is uniquely Radio Way.

Enough to Cleanse comes out of nowhere and sinks a claw into your gut, if you dont get up and start moving get better speakers.

Who We Were has a lyrical hook not easy to forget, "lonely, lonely, lonely, i've lost my heart completley."

The only thing keeping this album from a 5th star is the musical distinction between tracks.
It leaves something to be wanted, these tracks are cohesive, and plenty in common to make a full album, but are missing the x-factor quality, the edge to create a competition between tracks that helps us choose a favorite.

Well earned 4 iTunes stars boys, I look forward to what's next, it can only get better.
