Stop it Fanboys

This can be judged on it merits on on you fanboy love of Coldplay. I like the sound of this band. I would hope you can grow up and stop the hate.

Brian Wilson and Phil Spector had a kid

This album sounds a lot like it was made in the '60s. Some Beach Boys, some Phil Spector influence. But it doesn't feel like a rip-off. It's funny and sweet and catchy. "I'm Came to this town to Get High" is epic and changes a few times. "Marvin's Mechanical Museum" is kind of a weird song, but it's catchy too. "Waiting for My TRain" and "Do You Only Love Me When Your Down?" would even work at a dance party.

Creaky Boards emerged in New York in 2004 as an eccentric, bright-eyed anti-folk duo comprised of singer/songwriter Andrew Hoepfner and trumpet player Jason Benjamin.
