A Standout for 2011
This song is absolutely amazing. The epic four-minute outro is outstanding, from its crescendo of cymbal crashes to its screaming guitars and distorted bass. Highly recommended.
And to the reviewer who complained about iTunes making this the Alternative Song of the Year; Yes, the SINGLE was released in November, but the ALBUM it was on came out much earlier. (I wanna say February.)
Unreal and Surreal
By far, one of my most favorite songs of the year. So epic in its soundscape, it's amazing to see how far they have come and now we see why Dave Grohl loves them.
