The Dirty Pearls: Reigning Kings of New York City Rock and Roll

If you don't know who The Dirty Pearls are this is only your first sampling of the next great rock band of our time. There are rock bands who blow up for a couple of years and then fade away into oblivion...The Dirty Pearls are absolutely NOT those guys. If you landed on these guys here in iTunes it's probably because you like rock music. Think of all of your favorite bands like AC/DC, Motley Crue, Guns N Roses, KISS, The Rolling Stones, The New York Dolls, The Ramones; surprisingly, The Dirty Pearls somehow incorporate the best parts of those iconic bands. Your first listen is a revelation as if an invisible force is taking your head and shoving it by the speakers. With producer David Kahne (Paul McCartney, The Strokes) at the helm, their official full length debut is on it's way and it's going to be a full out blast of old school rock attitude. None of this Nickelback sh*t anymore, it's time for the rock that we grew up with, the kind of rock with balls. "Who's Coming Back to Who," is no downer, it's catchy and upbeat thanks to lead singer, the one man rat pack of rock, Tommy London. His swagger accentuates the driving guitars and the beat is sick courtesy of none other than NYC's drum detonator, the baron of bang, Mr. Marty E. The only way to watch a drummer as entertaining as Marty is to hop in your DeLorean and go back 20 some odd years to see guys like Tommy Lee and Eric Carr. Look for him on stage be cause he'll be spinning his sticks, making faces, and having a party at his kit. The Dirty Pearls and their latest single "Who's Coming Back to Who" epitomizes the feeling of New York City rock and roll. The track is classic yet mod, it's raw and cracked and familiar but it has just enough of a sheen that makes them sound new and unprecedented. It's similar to what their name connotes, picture a pretty little white shiny pearl, but wait...it's all DIRTY! So who's coming back? I won't doubt that YOU'RE going to be the one COMING BACK here to grab the rest of their songs when they hit iTunes, if you have any energy left after rocking out that is!

REAL ROCK-N-ROLL!
