This is great guitar player!

There are so many great guitar masters these days, Billy is up there with the best! His softly but heartfelt perfection of melody and personal style does stand out. If you like relaxing, happy, somber guitar playing with melodic perfection, give this a good listen. I would challenge many players to emulate the Billy McLaughlin stlye and his obvious love for guitar. Give his other albums a listen, when I have cuts from the "Out of Hand" album playing (my favorite), everybody has the same reaction, "wow" who's that? Sit back and drift away with magical mystical fingers that will keep you warm and relaxed.

Relaxing Music

On the hunt for different versions of Carol of the Bells, I stumbled upon this CD. There were a few of the classics that I listened to a bit of and liked, so I bought them and listened all of the way through. This music is... I guess gentle would be the best word. It doesn't demand attention, or that you listen raptly. It's just soothing and very easy and comforting to hear. What Child Is This was my favorite of the few that I purchased. It's well worth a buck to give a listen to and to see if the rest of his stuff will suit you.
