Sounds and Ideas That Need to Be Heard
Maybe its me, but its hard to find music that's just as artistic as it is thoughtful, and vice versa. It's all over this album, though. The opening track, "The Resistance" is point in case. Not only is it impossible to get the song out of your head, its just as impossible not to find yourself resonating with the lyrics, grateful that someone is giving voice to what you've only felt, but haven't had words for.
A Breath of Fresh Air
I've had the CD for 3 days and I've already listened to it 7 or 8 times. Plus, my 19 month old son loves to sing and dance to it at home and in the car. And I've already had 3 friends take a listen. I could say more, mostly its fresh and I'm glad to have it as a part of my collection. Two thumbs up from SoCal.
