If you look at the release date, Oct. 7, 2008, it is the same as Britney Spears's release date for Womanizer as well. I'm pretty sure that the writer of the song or someone else used the song and used both of them. I don't think Jess Klein would "steal" a song from Britney Spears... Whatever Britney does, will be recognized. As for how she did, it was okay, i think Britney did a better job in how she delivered it. It has the lyrics of pop-electronic-britneyish, but Jess Klein does the music behind the lyrics as sort of a folk-accoustic-rock addition. I'll give it 3 stars.
