Dup or duped?
K-Tel has always sold albums filled with hits by the original artist but they're also remakes by those original artist. Some are very poor copies, which is okay, cause then most people realize they're fakes and won't buy them anyway. However, some of these songs re-recorded by the original artist are done quite well. Which is good and bad. Good cause they're generally cheaper to buy, but bad because some people can't tell by the 30 second demo that it's a fake until after it's purchased and they hear the entire song. I think Apple should make it mandatory that the manufacture/producer let you know up front what your buying.

Be my baby is a Ronnettes song and Then he Kissed me is a Crystals song, first off!!! These remakes are soooo lousy!!! When I inadvertently "buy" one from Itunes (because you can only listen to 30 seconds; gee how convenient was that for them?), I think my money should be refunded because the essence of the song is not there on a remake!!
There should be a law about not selling the original songs!!!
I got ripped off from " K-Tel's " records already!! Some of the songs are not by the original artists or they are " Re Makes " by the original. LISTEN CLOSE before you buy!!!
