iTunes Review
Love and Theft have garnered many a Rascal Flatts comparison, but after listening to their arresting debut, any correlation with Rascal Flatts seems lazy. Likings to Little Big Town would be more apt because World Wide Open ripples with the warmth of old- school A.M. radio twang like the Eagles or Crosby, Stills & Nash mixed with impassioned and timeless lyrical sentiment reminiscent of Fleetwood Mac. Band members Brian Bandas, Eric Gunderson, and Stephen Barker Liles all share singing and songwriting duties, so when the opening title track sinks its hooks into your heart like a first kiss, you’ll know right away that this is pure musical chemistry. Music City A-list guns like banjo player Kevin Haynie and multi-instrumentalist Jeff Coplan help flesh things out, but it’s also the subtleties that make a big difference like a tasteful cello on the insta-hit “Runaway.” The melancholic “Drowning” reveals a band that isn’t going to shove sunshine down your throat with every song. The rootsy “Leaning to Fall” boasts their best harmonies to date.

BEST NEW BAND BY FAR!!!!
This is Love and Theft's debut studio album. I have been following this band since their inception in 2006 when they first started posting songs on their Myspace. I knew then that they were going to be stars. If you have never heard of these guys and their music, you are truly missing out. You need to first buy this album and then find out how they got to this point via myspace. You will be thoroughly pleased to know that they worked their a*ses off to be where they are today. If you are a fan of good music, these guys are going to blow your mind. Eric Gunderson, Brian Bandas and Stephen Barker Liles will be around a long time, so you better get used to it. Hope to see Love and Theft live in California soon. The new album is fantasic boys. Yours truly, The biggest California Thefthead
Addicting!
World wide open is like a fresh breeze of air, Amzaingly insync tunes with a hint of melow country and rock. This is what I called 21st century COUNTRY. Country music has come very far and "love and theft" are a prove of it. Brilliantly arranged tracks, Marvelous melody, and the lyrics to touch every heart. This album makes you feel like a part of their (band's) lives as if it were your own. With songs like "Runaway" to "Me without you" the album has taste for every mouth, literally! Every song takes you away to a journey of its own! Whether you are relaxing by your self in your loving room or RUNNING AWAY, this album is without a doubt a KNOCKOUT!
FINALLY!!
I've been waiting for this day for what seems like forever now!! Love and Theft's music is simply AMAZING. I suggest everyone buy their album. You will NOT be disappointed! It's really hard to pick my favorite song because they are all THAT good. Right now, my favorites are "Can't Go Back", "Slow Down" and "Drowning". Not only is their music amazing, but they are a great bunch of guys! I first met them a year ago and have got to know them over the past year and their personalities are infectious. They are so funny and are amazing!! Please buy their album and support them!
