Relentlessly heavy!
Year Of The Funeral takes where The Dead See left off with Through The Veil (also highly-recommended) and expands upon it two-fold. Really great, evolving, heavy riffage and belted-out/guttural vocals really hit home better than most of their more well-known peers. If you are into the Neurosis/His Hero Is Gone/Minsk end of heaviness, do yourself a favor and give The Dead See a listen. Pretty sure that you'll dig both of their recordings on Pluto Records.
