Sitting in my study ... letting Beth Whitney music wash over me ... this is way more than wonderful. It's beautiful, lyrical, and makes me profoundly happy. What could be better? Beth Whitney is a singer/songwriter based in the Pacific Northwest whose music reflects the influence of classic folk-rock acts of the 1970s as well her contemporary peers in acoustic music. Whitney hails from Snohomish, WA, where she took up guitar at age 16 after she was introduced to the instrument during a church service. As Whitney taught herself to play, she developed a keen enthusiasm for songwriting, and continued to work on her music after graduating high school and moving on to college....
