You Can't Come Back from Heaven
The songs on this EP are excellent with a country and folk feel not heard on his previous release "Witches and Whiskey". Each song is very well written with "Not Perfect" and "Six Shallow Women" really standing out. Mason has an incredible voice which is on full display on each track. His voice alone is reason enough to buy this EP. Each song is well-crafted and is performed extremely well by the band Mason has assembled, including long time collaborator and guitarist Josh Norton. This release might not be perfect, but it's pretty close.
