First of the kind
Rana and her band have come up with this great attractive combination of vocals, blues and Jazz music, singing Poetries from the Great Rumi & Hafez, Lyrics that you can never go wrong with.
I know comparison is not right, but I can't help but to mention that I've always looked for a voice that could satisfy me like Dani Klein's ever since I heard her, and I can now say that Rana has made this dream of mine come true. She executes her strong vocals in the best possible way that she should. When you listen to this music, there is not a single tune that you'd say "should've been this or that", that to me is very close to perfection which is not found quite often in the music industry these days.
I just wish that they would add some more accardeon and harmonica in the mix, take the risk and write some magic lines of their own and with that magnificent voice of Rana, there's going to be lots of hearts melted, just like mine did ;)

A new age for Persian music and poetry
I have the first album by Rana Farhan and I have listen to it many times. I can not wait to listen to her new CD. She is a fresh air to music world and especially for Persian music. Thank you.
