We configure your carrier to forward all unknown calls to RoboShield for screening. Our AI Call Assistant can pick up phone calls on behalf of your name and ask questions to identify the reason for the call. Based on our algorithms, we identify each call as:
- Verified: safe call with an important intention;
- Unverified: call with an unknown intention which wasn't identified as spam;
- Spam: likely spam call;

So far not an auspicious beginning
After installation and configuration, when I launch the app I am greeted by a blank screen!

Blank screen
The inbound call feature seems to work okay, but when I open the app to see the calls missed all I get is a blank white screen. Not helpful. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app only to get the same thing. This needs to be fixed or I need a refund and I’ll go back to my other spam blocker.
Multiple outreaches to developer have yielded no help or resolution. Created a safety issue in missing important calls or messages.

Terrible app for iPhone15
I’ve missed so many important messages because I have a blank white screen. I’m too busy to try to troubleshoot this issue (I work 8-5 w/overtime hours and an hour drive time both ways. I also have 3 kids who need my time instead of my phone) The point is, I have a busy life and depend on these things that I was paying for, I cancelled my subscription, to make life run smoothly.
