Good Tool
Ms. Angelotti has provided a very useful and informative overview of practical tips for living with adult AD/HD. A great 'first' primer for taking some positive steps.
Really nothing here
I don't see the blaming etc some reviewers spoke of but there is almost no useful info here. You may get one very small tip but if you have ADHD good luck getting through it all. It is free but a waste of time to download.
Very helpful!
This app has been such a help in day to day life! I will be looking for more apps like this in the future! Thanks for being a voice :)
