Description
2Write was created for the writer in all of us. We create entries in 2Write which can be pretty much anything - reminders, notes, to do lists, lyrics (for the songwriter in all of us), stories etc.
With 2Write, you can have a split view for text editing. No more excessive scrolling up and down when you have to refer to other parts of the text. Just enable split view, scroll a text view to any portion of the text and continue typing away in the other text view. Completely hassle-free!
2Write is a smooth no frills text editor that is extremely lightweight. Start the app and start typing away!
You can organize your writings into various categories. Whatever you do, 2Write makes it easy to search and keep track of all your entries. There are two ways to navigate through the categories.
- Click the blue disclosure button of a particular entry to pull up a list of all entries in the same category.
- navigate via "All Categories".
Exporting entries via email is just a click away.
What's New in Version 1.1
Added a new feature.
In addition to a split view, there is now an additional view that will enable you to view a different entry right alongside your split view!
Unlike the main view, this new view also acts as a "scratchpad". Editing the entry in your scratchpad doesn't automatically save the entry - you are responsible for manually saving your edits in the scratchpad. However, with this new responsibility comes a new power - this setup provides a nondestructive space for the writer to work in and try out new ideas. Just tap the "page" icon next to the entry to bring in the scratchpad.
Have fun!

Almoust perfect
I thought so that i can open two diferent documents or one with text and second new one to start translate or write a review of some article.
App has potential but it should be able to open two different documents.
Good that i can export text to mail but it will be nice to integrate this with dropbox.
I'm waiting for new features.
Not what I thought
Confusing app. No instructions. On landscape it presents an annoying sidebar. Not what I expected.
?
The format is confusing. Please include directions. I can't make sense of the purpose of having Categories.
