I believe they can't deliver on promises!
I ordered a mug for my wife for Valentine's Day on January 10 they promised this would deliver by Valentine's Day and if it's coming from France I do not believe shipping out on Monday it will make it the next day for Valentine's Day. I have received no confirmation of any shipment and now realize that I will not get what I paid for. Also, I have attempted several times to login into their website with the username and password I created and it simply tells me over and over that is incorrect. I have also requested to reset my password and it, again, never works and never sent me the email to reset my password, so now I'm stuck with no way to get a hold of anyone with this company!
