***Mobile Boarding Pass Note- To successfully scan your pass always hold your mobile device still and allow at least two seconds for the bar code to be read. At the gate, hold your mobile device 6 to 8 inches away from the scanner and be sure to hold your phone at the same angle as the gate scanner***

basic features missing
I always love it when an app decides not to code basic functionality into the app and refer me back to the company web site. it's even better when the app does not pass credentials to the web site and makes me log in again. And the cherry on top of the sundae is when the upgrade flight function still doesnt work because of AA's faulty Java implementation. I'm sure hardly any of their EP fliers use iPads anyway.

I appreciate the changes you make to improve the app. The app is still my favorite travel app.
Mediocre
Its buggy. It won't let me change my seat or do anything complicated (it just keeps loading ad loading). It's frustrating because I fly AA a lot and would use the app more.
