NIce application except when you want to share on Facebook etc. Analog wants total access to all of your infomation in your account
effects, borders just ok, saves work in unacceptable low quality, price a joke
The choice of effects and borders is IMO (and considering the price) just ok. Unacceptable is that you can only output/save in very low quality. All in all, price a joke and would consider the offered features (incl the save issue) with a freeware/trial version, and expecting the full priced version with much more capabilties. Maybe future versions might have better price - features ratio.
Cannot recommend this app.
Great app -- could use some additions
Analog is a really nice application with some very beautiful filters. It allows you to simply drag and drop a picture and acheive instant effects. There are 24 different filters to choose from, and 15 borders. A lot of people say that this is not enough, and for the price it should come with more. Personally I think that there are plenty of great filters, but I'm sure that in future updates more will be introduced. As for the ones they do have -- they are very nice, especially the "Nikolai", "XProcess", "Hefga", "Lomia", "Someday" and "Santiago" filters. I find that I use the Nikolai filter by far the most.
You don't really get that many options in terms of customization. You can't edit the vibrancy or saturation of the filter. You can only crop and adjust the intensity (which doesn't do much). I think that you should have more control over this and I hope that in the next update these features are introduced.
Sharing is very easy. With just a click you can share to Facebook, Tumblr, Flickr, email or more. If possible, I think it would be cool if we could also share our pictures to DeviantART.
I think this app is great - simple, but great. If you want to do a lot of customizing, it's not for you. If you want quick and beautiful filters for your photos, you will love this app.
