Answers:YesNo was designed with one purpose in mind - To provide an easy to use, affordable way for a nonverbal young man with autism and motor planning issues to communicate with those around him. Answers:YesNo HD takes this original iphone program and improves it for the unique qualities of the iPad… including the addition of user customizable buttons with text and pictures.
The application is straightforward. It has two, large, color-coordinated buttons...one for yes, and one for no. Press either, and you will hear a voice read your selection. New in Answers:YesNo HD is the ability to create custom button pages which will allow the user to place custom text and pictures on buttons, record custom audio to play when the custom buttons are selected, and save up to 30 custom button pairs. Because of the ability to assign custom recorded audio to each button, Answers:YesNo HD will support any language the user is able to speak.
Although there are now many options for iOS products that assist with communication, Answers:YesNo HD remains focused on a simple, easy to use interface, for those who are non- or preverbal. YesNo HD continues to give these users a voice by giving them the ability to answer simple questions using an iPad.

Great yet simple! Love it!
I have a 2 year old son who suffered a brain injury. His therapists and I have been searching for the perfect solution to help him learn to make choices and communicate with us. This app is exactly what we have been looking for! It is incredibly easy to use and I love that you can customize just about everything.
Other apps I have looked at range from $50 - $300. I have enough medical bills and expenses due to his injuries that I can't afford that. You definitely get your $4 worth here. Worth ever penny!!

Well worth the price
I think this is a quality choices app, especially for the price! I love how you can customize the buttons with pictures that you choose and record what YOU want the buttons to say. My only complaint is that when the button plays what you recorded, there is a pretty significant delay on the playback, no matter how quick I push the record button, and the girl I work with has a VERY short attention span, so I hope she will wait for the button to play. Overall this is as fabulous app for the price and I highly recommend it!!
