No iCloud backup. Sync & backup are flawed.
This apps UI is well done and refined. It pains me to not be able to use it because I just can't trust that it will take care of my data. It really does not sync well. Data has to be backed up over wifi and in my past experience, when restored, a backup may or may not include important stuff such as date, time, font and color settings. I swore off this program because I naively thought it would save important details as mentioned. I was burned. Setting up a new phone and restoring the backup resulted in some truncated data and notes with all the same date. I had lost a child and recorded a lot of thoughts & emotions that I wanted to keep in order. I cried when I realized that everything was now out of order and tagged with the same date. The cal view of when notes were taken, gone.
I keep checking for updates occasionally to see if they've added a better solution, making sure that the app has a good backup. Not yet.

I did not experiment long enough for this app to seek its potentials. I originally rated a 3-star but I guess the new countdown and anniversary gave it another star. However, it cannot be 5 star because the lack of creating custom lists for to-do's.
Yeah, it has the default "today, next, and future" category but sometimes I like to categorize it with custom lists. However, I like the fact that it combines many features of standalone apps into one. I was a bit skeptical since the GUI is competing against 2Do.
Doesn't Sync Correctly Between Devices
12/31/11 When syncing from iPad to iPhone (or iTouch), app doesn't keep the folder colors or icons, dates or alarms. FAIL.
I've stopped using this for any work or major important things. Now I just keep track of todos for a game I would be using (or something trivial like that).
