WRITE DOWN YOUR SERIAL NUMBER
I linked the mobile authenticator to my account, but after my little sister somehow restored factory settings on my iTouch it was not displaying the right codes anymore! Called Blizz support almost 2 weeks ago and they still havent deactivated my authenticator!! it would have been an easy fix on the phone if i had thought to write down the serial number!
JUST WHAT I NEEDED!
So as a current wow player for about 3 months or so, i have just experienced my first hack. Yes indeed i was hacked for 1.6k gold but luckily the guy was caught by Game masters and they susspended my account so that i could get it back. After all of the troubles i went on the wow security website to try and find some tips on how to proteect my account. When i saw this advertisement for this app i was willing to do anything. After trying it out, it seems like a reliable security source. Thank you Blizzard, i feel like my account is much safer now. Oh and btw the hacker goes by the in-game name of DING and if you see him on any relm(he has over 100 characters that have been banned) please tell a game master ASAP.
