I read some of the negative comments and I'm pretty sure they don't apply to the current version. First, this is a free app; you don't "buy" it as one reviewer stated. Second, it helps you shop for more than just diamond rings. Bracelets, earrings, and other jewelry are all here. Personally, I've found it immensely helpful in my engagement ring shopping and can design my own ring to get my girlfriend's opinion on it while we are doing anything away from the computer. It has a very smooth, intuitive interface, plus plenty of education for those that need it. If you are shopping for jewelry, this is a great on-the-go app.
I've found my ring!
Great app! User friendly. Makes searching for my engagement ring simple. My only suggestion is to have side view capabilities for the rings. Some solitaire settings have unique band designs that can't be seen from top. Now if only there were an app like this for planning a wedding... ;-)
