I don't blame bomgar for this lackluster release, I understand iOS is pretty locked down and as such remote support is limited...I just don't see a reason for this app other than publicity of having "remote support capability for iOS. "
If you could view setting I would see this as being semi useful.

This is a good start but the app needs the ability to show device Settings to assist users, otherwise is not very helpful.

I can't connect to a representative because it won't let me enter a non numerical session key!
