Description
Citizens Connect is a cutting-edge, full-featured tool for enabling Boston's residents to improve their neighborhoods by reporting issues such as potholes and graffiti.
The reports are automatically fed into the City’s work order system so that they can be tracked and assigned to service teams. Users can follow the status of their request, by using a unique tracking number for each case.
Residents can also share their reports with others, or tweet about them with their friends.

Very easy, practical and user-friendly
It is good to know I can address any safety (or cosmetic) issues in my neighborhood so easily. It's a great way to allow the city access to our day-to-day. The 'photo plus written report' is simple, effective. I used it a few times last near with snow issues (winter '10-'11) and although it could've been coincidence, I was always taken care of fairly soon after pic/report was sent. Might as well have it, never know when you'll need it.
